2026 TOUR DE FRANCE: THE TEAMS AT THE START
The 2026 Tour de France will kick off on July 4 in Barcelona, the city hosting the Grand Départ of the 113th edition. A total of 23 teams will take the start: 18 UCI WorldTeams and 5 UCI ProTeams.
All UCI WorldTour teams will be present, with squads ready to meet the sporting demands of the route from the very first stages around Barcelona.
The 5 selected UCI ProTeams are:
➡ Tudor Pro Cycling Team, Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team, and Cofidis, directly qualified
➡ TotalEnergies and Caja Rural–Seguros RGA, invited by the organizers
These teams round out a strong international peloton, set to energize the race from the Grand Départ and throughout the three weeks of competition.
The Grand Départ in Barcelona will thus kick off #TDF2026, with a peloton representing the highest level of professional cycling.
